JUDY is a business development consultant in California specializing in New Business Development and Operations for more than 25 years. Her broad based clientele over the years brought her into contact with practically every aspect and internal working of every kind of business, from what they make, the services or products that they offer to how they function internally. Her long-term relationships with every type of expert and professional allow her instant access to invaluable resources just by picking up the phone. She is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of business operation from their inception to successful daily operation including procedural operations manuals, business plans, budgeting, accounting, payroll, tax planning and concerns. She is licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Judy also has years of experience painting ceramics and has taught ceramics for the past ten years. Judy has extensive knowledge not only of the ceramic's industry but the art itself.

JIM has been a Licensed Contractor in California for more than 25 years as well as involving himself in many successful new business start-ups over the years. In addition to Jim's extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding when it comes to the construction industry, his management and operation skills are respected throughout the construction industry as well as the business world.
FRANCHISE SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR: LEE FRANTZ
LEE has over 30 years of sales, marketing and management experience in California. Before joining the staff at Ceramics To Go, Lee was involved with 3 different retail and trade organizations using his talents in making them all succeed. He possesses a strong background in administration and business development. Lee understands the complexities of starting a new business and how to help it succeed. His goal is to make all of our franchises successful. Additionally, Lee has been involved in various charities for the past number of years and appreciates the importance of giving back to the community.
FRANCHISE EDUCATION AND TRAINING DIRECTOR: JONI TROSIN
JONI is a credentialed teacher and has been teaching students for the past 11 years in the southern California area. Joni's ability to break down and simplify subject matter is an advantage to teaching any age. As an experienced teacher, Joni possesses the ability to access an array of information and present it to the student in a linear process that is easy to grasp, comprehend and retain.
FRANCHISE TRAINING CONSULTANT: BECKY JO CASH
BECKY JO taught for Los Angeles Unified School District from 1994 through 1996. Becky Jo has taught for the Palos Verdes Unified School District since 1996. She has also taught at the California State University - Dominguez Hills since 1999. Becky Jo is an exceptional teacher and trainer. Becky Jo has a master's degree in curriculum education as well as twelve years experience teaching at the elementary through college levels. Becky Jo has substantial experience and has the outstanding ability of being able to communicate information to others with enthusiasm and in a manner that makes the material readily accessible and understandable. Further, Becky Jo combines her love for art with her training in the field of ceramics. Thus, Becky Jo combines her academic training, her abilities as a communicator and her artistic talents in bringing that information to trainees. Becky Jo recently became an elementary school principle in the Palos Verdes School District.
FRANCHISE TRAINING CONSULTANT: DANIELLE LEON
DANIELLE is a well-recognized teacher within her field. She has been teaching students in the Orange County School District since 2001. She is innovative and creative in her efforts to entice and engage the interest of her young students. She is involved in after-school programs including a reading intervention and mentoring program. Danielle is committed to student achievement as well as parental involvement. Danielle brings not only her teaching experience to CTG but her dedication to community and parent involvement as well. She is deeply concerned about the lack of music and art programs of our schools. She is energetic and enthusiastic about CTG efforts to address her own person goals with respect to education and our communities.
FRANCHISE MARKETING CONSULTANT AND TRAINER: ROBERT J. MCCONNELL
ROB is a graduate of Washington State University. Rob was a student until joining in development process of CTG in 2005. Rob's major was history and accordingly, Rob is responsible for the development of many of our community emphasis marketing programs. Rob's passion for history includes a focus on the American workplace past, present and future. Rob is dedicated to customer service as well as community involvement by our company.
FRANCHISE GRAPHICS DIRECTOR: TIFFANY MORGAN
TIFFANY has five years of graphic art, design and computer experience. She has been working in Southern California since 2001. She joined the development process of CTG in 2007. She has designed many of our promotional materials and works closely with our administrative and marketing staff to meet the daily needs of our company and its franchisees.
FRANCHISE GRAPHICS ART CONSULTANT: JAY ROBERTS
JAY has almost ten years of graphic art and design experience and has worked in California during that time. He has designed countless web sites and is a true web master. Jay works with our Sales and Marketing staff on a daily basis to develop marketing and promotional materials for CTG. Jay is a team player and quickly earns the respect of everyone who has the opportunity to work with or for him. His work speaks for itself. No one matches Jay when it comes to taking pride in ones work. He is tireless in his efforts to create that perfect look for every project that he undertakes.
PACKAGING, WEBSITE DESIGN, WEBMASTER AND GRAPHIC DESIGN CONSULTANT: RICHARD WASHICHEK
DICK has served as President and Founder of the Southern California Graphic Design firm "Graphic Dimensions, Inc." for more than 30 years. Dick has extensive experience as a Commercial & Industrial Graphic designer as well as Technical Illustrator & Technical Writer. He has worked on projects such as corporate identity programs for Ramada Hotels and Exxon and has produced collateral marketing products for them as well as other major corporations including Boeing, Lockheed, ICN Pharmaceuticals, Mattel and RSL Laboratories to mention just a few. His design and production work includes instructional catalogs, brochures, product packaging, website design, training guides, instructional and maintenance manuals for both commercial and military use as well as book illustration used in major college text books for Medical, Environmental, Math and Physics studies. In addition he has won many regional, national and international awards for his technical artwork.
PROJECT AND SUPPLY MANAGER: HARRY TROSIN
HARRY owned and operated his own business in California for more than 20 years and has recently relocated to Oklahoma. Harry is a hands-on technician and problem solver. Harry's mechanical ability is surpassed only by his exceptional people skills. "He can fix anything." Harry is a firm and fair leader, who earns the respect of everyone in the workplace and will join our California team on an as needed basis.
STORE DESIGN ARCHITECT: RENE BOGGIO
RENE is a very talented architect. Rene has brought not only his many years of design experience to CTG but his creativity as well. He is imaginative while never missing a single detail. His cutting edge designs give our stores their upscale yet simple look featuring: custom-designed interiors with customer seating; streamline furnishings and coordinated essential fixtures and equipment. He is a flexible problem solver and prepared to tackle any new tasks that presents itself.
MEDIA AND ANIMATION CONSULTANT: STACY BURSTIN
STACY as President and Co-Founder of Eevolver, Inc., works to generate new products and bring them to market. Stacy is also the Executive Producer of the Design Division at Rhythm & Hues (R&H) in Los Angeles, California. Stacy founded the Design Division in 2000. Since its inception, the Design Division generated new games, Internet, new media, print and immersive entertainment experiences. Stacy manages R&H's art department that consists of over 40 senior level employees including directors who are responsible for the aesthetic of every film, commercial agent and development sales and marketing material for companies such as Sony Music, Walt Disney Features, Universal Studios and Warner Bros.
CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT: DAN QUARNSTROM
DAN is the creative visionary behind Ceramics To Go's "Mikey, the Cup Guy" as well as the Coca Cola Polar Bears, and served as Senior Creative Director for Rhythm & Hues for over fourteen years. Dan is a renowned illustrator and director for films, commercials and print whose freelance work has been highlighted in working with clients such as The Fillmore West and Rolling Stone Magazine. Dan is a veteran in the computer graphics business. He began his work in computer graphics in the mid-seventies as a designer for projects such as Hawaiian Punch, Chain Reaction and television commercials for Michael Jackson and Steven Spielberg's Amazing Stories. In addition to advising prominent art schools, such as Art Center College of Pasadena, Academy of Art in San Francisco and the Seattle Art Institute, Dan also taught 3D visualization skills and perspective for seven years at Otis School of Design. Dan has won numerous awards including Imagina (Monte Carlo) for his work on "The Futuristic World of Hanna Barbara," theme park ride for Universal Studio in Florida as well as having been the Co-Director for the CircleVision film, Le Visionarium at EurDisneyLand.
BRANDING AND PRODUCT RECOGNITION: BARBARA EDDY
BARBARA has worked in the development process of CTG since 2002. Barb was previously Vice President in Promotion for ABC On-Air; Barbara built and ran their award winning branding department under Bob Iger for the seven years they reigned as number one in prime time ratings. Barbara has extensive creative, marketing and management experience throughout the entertainment industry. Prior to ABC, Barbara was the Co-founder of the well-acclaimed Hollywood design and graphic firm Bowers & Eddy.
ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR: KELLI CHANDLER
KELLI has worked as a project manager and administrator in California for more than 10 years. Kelli directly supervises all of the various directors of the company and the entire staff of CTG Corporate. She is the woman in charge of the daily operations of CTG. Kelli is responsible for all areas of product fulfillment, inventory control, customer relations and catalogue development. Kelli oversees the inventory needs of CTG and the ceramic supplier's actual ability to supply product within the time frame required. Kelli excels at working with people and motivating staff. Kelli is also a detailed planner. She takes pride in developing and maintaining strong and profitable work relationships with providers of product and services. Kelli has years of experience in dealing with customer concerns. She uses her familiarity with the varied activities of CTG Corporate to help resolve any customer needs or concerns. Kelli is empathetic, energetic and a very effective worker. She is organized and tireless in her efforts to assure that the CTG customer is more than satisfied with the CTG experience and products.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS CONSULTANT: MICHELLE MCADOW
MICHELLE has worked as a member of Judy Randle's staff since 2005. Michelle has worked as a bookkeeper in California since 2001. She is an experienced and knowledgeable in the practical applications of business operations. In addition to bringing those skills to the internal operation of CTG, Michelle is charged with the responsibility of providing assistance to the CTG franchisees. Michelle has substantial experience is assisting small business owners. For years she has advised and assisted small business owners with every aspect of their accounting, office procedure, bookkeeping and tax needs. Michelle's ability and experience in working with this large variety of business owners makes her ideally prepared for her current work with CTG. Michelle is responsible for facilitating communication between the consumer and CTG. Michelle is the CTG customer advocate.
FRANCHISE TRAINING AND OPERATIONS CONSULTANT: MICHAEL MCCONNELL
MICHAEL is the original visionary behind the CTG and our mascot "Mikey Mug" is our company's daily reminder that our company began as a concept of an eleven-year old boy who said, "The girls in my class will love this." At the young age of 11, Michael developed the concept of packaging ceramic projects into kit form so that his classmates could decorate or have ceramic parties in their own homes. He named his concept "Ceramics To Go" and the name has carried forth to this day and is the company federally registered trademark. Michael attended high school in California and graduated from Peninsula High School in 2005. Michael is currently in college studying accounting and business management. Michael is a talented artist who can throw expertly on a pottery wheel and understands the mixing and application of overglazes. Michael frequently shares his talents and pottery experience with our staff, local schools, customers and students in a variety of training sessions. When not in class, Michael works in Ceramics To Go's corporate offices and at the Training and Distribution Center on a variety of different levels including but not limited to production, marketing, store operation and management concerns.
ARTISTS AND TRAINERS:
GAYLENN CONWAY
GAYLENN has worked as artist for more than 25 years in California. She is a three-time National Ceramic Award winner, named Top Ceramic Artist in all combined categories by Ceramics Magazine. Her art is displayed in England, New York, Canada, France and all over the United States. Gaylenn's strength in her work is her passion and respect for history, her powerful colors and mastery with brushstroke along with a keen sense of bring the past and blending traditional and contemporary style of today.
DANIEL RANDOLPH
DANIEL has worked as artist for more than 20 years. Daniel's artwork has appeared in magazines such as People Magazine, Arizona Highways, Santa Barbara Magazine and many others. His delightful watercolor paintings and drawings were picked up by Pier 1 Imports stores and distributed prints throughout the national chain. His work may also be found in fine art galleries and museums. A painting by Daniel adorns the walls of the White House and his paintings hang in other homes of note worldwide.
LINDA JENKINS
LINDA has worked as an artist for more than 25 years in California. Her art is unique and possess a very wide appeal to consumers of all ages. She has experience with fine art and painting. Linda has designed everything from clothing to home furnishing and decor. She is a true artist with a look that is unmistakably her own. Her experience also includes extensive work in the area of graphic design. Our staff members need only to describe a look to Linda and she can take it from there, returning with designs that always exceed our expectations in everyway.
In addition to the above artist and designers, dozens of designers submit their work to Ceramics To Go in hopes of becoming one of our designers. Accordingly, this list of artist and designers will be constantly growing and changing to bring new and exciting ideas to our product line.
