We are seeking master franchise and area representatives to help us grow. You can own your own territory or simply just work for us to develop a new territory in your area. Our Master Franchise and/or Area Representative Franchise Opportunities may be for you. Do you enjoy working with others to help them succeed? Do you have good people skills? Are you a "can-do" person?
As a Master Franchise or Area Representative you will receive a portion of franchise fees and royalties from every unit opened in your territory. Here is what we are looking for:
- Management and/or Sales Experience -operations, sales, marketing, business and management experience is helpful but not essential.
- Effective Communicator - has a pleasant personality and enjoys talking to and working with people.
- The Can-Do Attitude - a "can-do" attitude with the ability to see the "bigger picture."
- Win-Win Approach - be willing to "do what it takes" to help your franchisees succeed. If your franchisees are successful, you will be successful.
- Desire to Follow a Proven System - we have spent years developing our system and although suggestions are always welcome, we seek to build relationships with those who believe they can follow our system.

The Area Representative is the foundation upon which we are building our franchise system. Rather than service our franchisees with field employees, we have selected this entrepreneurial model as a means to deliver services to our franchisees. We believe this model provides a caliber of support and continuity of relationships that cannot be achieved with a solely traditional corporate-based system.
The Master Franchise and/or Area Representative Model is build upon one or two basic elements:
- A Training Studio (optional)
- Sharing in the fees and royalties collected from franchisees in your territory.
Experience in construction, real estate, sales, management and marketing is preferred. Master Franchise and/or Area Representatives must demonstrate a pleasant and positive personality; the ability to lead and influence; a "can-do" attitude; a "win win" approach to franchise relationships and a willingness "to do what it takes."
